What To Wear on the Big Heart Day!!

Every girl, is either excited or dreading Valentine's day. How ever way you decide to look at it, you can look at it from a fashionable perspective! Whether you're going out on a date with your beau or going out with the girl's for a vengeful night out, you definitely can find an amazing ensemble to help get you through your night. If all else fails, always look fabulous is my motto! If you're single, don't sit at home and dread it, plan a wine night with your girls, a dance night at a club, or a co-ed game night of you and all of your single friends. Revel in celebrating you and your single life. Independence is a wonderful trait. Own it. I'm starting off this year with a fashion BANG! Some say craigslist is to sketchy, but I have had for the most part, good luck. I was able to meet a model and a photographer looking to collaborate creatively on a shoot. The benefit to this, we all WIN! We build our portfolio's, we network, we make new friends! Glamour at the Globes!!

So, we all know, the best part of the globes, is what the women are wearing. The shoes, the makeup, the hair, the manicures, the jewels...I pay more attention to the E! red carpet show than I do the actual awards, although this year, I did watch the show. And although amongst discussion with a few people, I loved Lucy Liu's look. She's 44 and looks 27. And while I don't prefer flowers on a dress, this look was perfection..

Camo Everywhere

A few months ago, I noticed a Camo jacket, that was to die for, that a girl was modeling on Instagram. Now, you have to understand, I'm at the age, where the clothing I wore fifteen years ago is coming back. One of my fashion professors once said, "fashion recycles, every twenty years." How right she was, good thing, I never got rid of this Camo jacket, I got in 2001 at Windsor Fashion, (when that was the cool place to shop.)

I decided to start the New Year off by wearing Camo leggings to the New Over (aka the Do Over), and lo and behold, everyone was sportin the army look in some way.
